  My Dr. left the practice. They said someone will call me when they got a new dr. on their staff. They ended up referring me to the Springfield practice. It took them 5 months to call me. I missed the call due to a family emergency in VA. when I called them back they had dropped me as a patient because I didn't call back right away....but, it was OK for them to call 5 months after my last visit to call me with an appointment. Are they supposed to make the life of a person with bipolar depression better or worse? Find someone that cares and listens.

  I began bringing my daughter to see a therapist ( I will add her name when I can remember it, started with an L) she wasnt very warm at all, but i figure she knows what she is doing. I cancelled an appt because my household was sick with fevers. I rescheduled and ended up missing the appointment. I felt awful. I caked and left a message apologizing and asking to reschedule. A week passed, nothing. I call again and explain what happened again. The receptionist days she will email her right away and let her know she hasn't called me back. Another week passes and nothing. So, I call a third time and request a new therapist. I am told that the director or whatever will give me a call to set up a new appointment. It had been weeks. I'm over this filthy unprofessional place. My daughter is struggling with her anger issues. I wouldn't have even started therapy if I'd had known they would be so uncaring about her well being. She is ten years old. I would give negative points if I could.
